APPLICATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP AND FIRM MEMBERSHIP

When you apply for individual membership and no one else in your firm is a Full, Associate or International Member, the firm membership application also must be completed and submitted along with the individual application. Once you are ready to apply for membership, you may download the desired application(s), complete, print and sign it (them), and send it (them) to our Membership Committee Chair (at the address indicated on the application) with your non-refundable application fee of $50. You may also complete the application(s) online and then save, print, and sign it (them) and send it (them) to our Membership Committee Chair as indicated above.
