The Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC) is pleased to announce the election of Mr. C. Todd Thomas to the position of President. Mr. Thomas is a risk management and employee benefits professional with 13 years of experience. After working as a field manager, brokerage manager, and an actuary, Thomas started his own consulting practice by establishing Sigma Consulting Corp. His services aid Louisiana corporations, not-for-profits, and public entities in identifying, analyzing, and managing risk and exposures. Thomas earned his bachelor’s and two master’s degrees at University of New Orleans. In addition, he holds multiple professional designations, including, but not limited to: Fellow of Risk and Insurance Management Society (RF), Associate in Risk Management specializing in Public Entities (ARM-P), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), and Certified Risk Analyst (CRA).
