Members of the Society provide advice on insurance, risk and related matters and are compensated exclusively by their clients. Only those practitioners who have chosen to abide by its standards of education, experience, professionalism and code of ethics are members of the Society of Risk Management Consultants. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - November 20, 2007 The Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC) is pleased to announce the election of Mr. Robert R. Duty to the position of President. Mr. Duty is an experienced corporate risk manager with over 25 years of service in the manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and construction industries. He is President of Cardinal Risk Management Alternatives, Inc., in Dallas, TX. He began offering his expertise in 1995 as a consultant and outsourced risk manager. Clients come from a broad cross section of industry and range in size from startups to $4 billion in revenue. Duty earned his bachelor’s degree at Lamar University and master’s degree at Texas A&M. In addition, he holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.
